Since 2008, she’s been learning about natural hygiene from Mamiko Matsuda and practicing her methods. Thanks to her methods, she has experienced a dramatic change in her body and mind. Up until February 2016, she was a creative director for the Japan Living Beauty Association. Her work involved creating and supervising numerous raw food recipes and teaching many students. Now she has her own practice where she teaches natural hygiene and raw food cooking lessons in the Tokyo area. Furthermore, she also teaches food preparation based on natural hygiene methods to people who are fighting against illnesses. She has experienced water fasting herself and often practices raw juice cleansing and short term water fasting to maintain her health.
